Automatic Renewal: (EFT Only) Provided that Member is not in default of this contract and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the membership will automatically renew on a month to month basis for the rate indicated below. Membership renewal terms may be cancelled at any time provided a 30-day written notice is delivered to VENT Members Services. Member is required to deliver written notice using the request form on the website www.ventmemberservices.com .
MONTHLY DUES: $79.99 $59.99 PER MONTH FOR FUTURE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.
Annual Fee: A yearly fee of $59.00 per contract will be collected. This fee will be collected automatically, 60 days from the join date on the membership agreement annually.
Processing Fee: VENT Fitness reserves the right to add a $2 monthly processing fee to all memberships using Credit Card as the method of payment for monthly membership dues.
