Automatic Renewal: (EFT Only) Provided that Member is not in default of this contract and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the membership will automatically renew on a month to month basis for the rate indicated below. Membership renewal terms may be cancelled at any time provided a 30-day written notice is delivered to VENT Members Services. Member is required to deliver written notice using the request form on the website www.ventmemberservices.com .
MONTHLY DUES: $29.99 PER MONTH FOR FUTURE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.
Annual Fee: A yearly fee of $59.00 per contract will be collected. This fee will be used for general maintenance and/or equipment purchases at the Club’s discretion. This fee will be collected automatically, 60 days from the join date on the membership agreement annually.
Processing Fee: VENT Fitness reserves the right to add a $2 monthly processing fee to all memberships using Credit Card as the method of payment for monthly membership dues
Description: This is a Basic Membership At VENT Fitness which includes limited ammeneties and multi club access. The choice to pay with a Credit Card will result in the full price monthly payment amount including a $2 Processing Fee. At any point in time during the membership this fee can be removed by adjusting the Payment source to EFT/Bank Draft. This Membership is a promotional 3 month contract which automatically renews at the 4th month and would require 30 days notice at www.ventmemberservices.com in order to cancel.
